One Pair of Pants, Three Ways

It all started with one. One pair of high-contrast, high-waisted, high-confidence pants! From the All She Wants to Do is Pants, Blog Editor, Jenn, Fashion Writer, Annie, and I derived a fun styling challenge. With the ModCloth closet at our disposal, we separately styled this bright pair o’ pants without knowledge of what each other was picking out. A single style of pant, a few pops of color, monochromatic coordination, and contrasting stripes later, and our challenge came to fruition!

In Jenn’s outfit: Good Morning Sunshine Wedges, Meet Me For Lunch Sweater, Whistle Stop Necklace, Get a Clue Hat. In Annie’s outfit: Strut Your Stuff Earrings, Owl-t On a Limb Necklace, New School Cardigan, Bold Endeavors Heel in Risk. In Julie’s outfit: Raspberry Dazzle Hat, Recess Time Top, Singled Out Jacket, One Woman Band Necklace, Strut and Shine Heel.

How would you wear the All She Wants to Do is Pants to fit your individual style?

wow I could never imagine a piece like that could be so versatile!!
I did a style challenge on my blog a few months ago where I wore the same pair of camel shorts for a week- that was definitely a creativity challenge but it really taught me what a great skill remixing is!!

That’s super neat, Charlotte! I really liked your post-challenge observation that the excuse “I have nothing to wear” is an empty one, and, of course, the hands-in-pockets tip! 😀 Thanks for sharing! I can’t imagine wearing the same anything (well, other than sweatpants) for that long!
