While spring may technically be here, it most certainly has not sprung. In fact, it snowed yesterday here in Pittsburgh, which inspired its fare share of grumbles and weather-related rants. Lucky for us (and you too), the ModStylists are here to save us from impossibly tired cold-weather style.
If you’ve been looking for ways to wear all those fabulous spring pieces while the temperature remains frustratingly low, look no further. Today, our in-house styling experts are here to offer up their tips for transitional dressing.
Work Ready – Add a sunny touch to your work wardrobe with this bright jacket. Even though it may still be chilly, this trench in a yellow hue will remind you that warmth is around the corner (in theory). Layer it over a printed frock and add a neutral bag.

Weekend ready – Wear your floral halter dress with tights and booties while the air is still crisp. This print is fresh for spring and can be worn as-is all summer long. Be sure to add a denim jacket to cover your shoulders if the temperature suddenly changes.
