Fave Finds: Elyse’s Market Fresh Florals

Who: Elyse of the blog Give Me Bows

What: Vintage floral skirt

Where: “My local weekend markets in Sydney, Australia”

How Much: $12

When I Use It: “I team it with pretty blouses and heeled sandals in summer. It’s such an easy piece to throw on when I’m in a hurry, and due to the variety of pastel colors in the material, it matches well with almost everything!”

Shopping Tips: “If you are willing to learn some basic sewing skill like hemming and replacing buttons, it will open up a whole new world of vintage shopping possibilities! So many vintage pieces can be brought back to life with a little love and care. This skirt was originally calf-length and looked a bit drab, but by hemming it I was able to give it a completely different vibe.”
