Who: Mitzi Cocoa of Night Lights
What: Ascot and ruffle blouse in light periwinkle
Where: Winners Inc., 3170 Tillicum Road, Victoria, British Columbia
How Much: $19
When I Use it: I love how this blouse dresses up almost anything. It’s lightweight for summer and has the most adorable polka dot ruffled bust with an ascot necktie. I wear it with skirts, shorts, denim, anything!
Shopping Tips: Most young ladies stick to the “Young Trendsetters” section of Winners. Head over to the Ladies Clothing for sweet discounts on blouses that are too young or froufrou for the subtle taste of the women who shop there. I’ve found so many lovely blazers and blouses that were put on clearance for not having that “business casual” look.

I’m confused… Winners is a clothing store (one that sells NEW clothing), how does this euqal to thrifting or even vintage?
(dont get me wrong, she’s a cutie pie, I just think the word thrifting is being used a little too loosely)
i love this look!! it is so fun and vintage but with a modern flare!! i just love it!!!
Aaaaaaah this is so weird because this is where I live and shop. And although I agree with Emily that Winners is defs not anywhere close to thrifting, the outfits cute. Maybe I am biased because she lives where I do B) Better check out that blog.
