Who: Ashley of Milk Teeths

What: Vintage, lace-up, leather ankle boots

Goodwill at Orange, CA

How Much: $6

When I Use It:
“These boots we’re definitely made for walkin’! I like to wear them when I know I will be outdoors for an extended period of time. They are durable, comfortable, and serve as an ice breaker–I get compliments every time I wear them!”

Shopping Tips: “I bought these ankle booties when I was in high school (I just finished college) and at the time, knee-length boots were en vogue. If you love something, don’t let current trends deter you from reconsidering your purchase! Wear what you love and who knows, you might just be the one to set the trend for everyone else!”

I totally follow the same rule of thumb. There are too many good opportunities you could be passing up.

Interesting, I usually find vintage pieces to be quite out of my price range when they don’t show serious signs of age, unless I find them somewhere like the Goodwill, which is catered toward making their goods affordable. Perhaps I should give my local Goodwill another look?

Concerning VIntage on your site –
Why don’t you delete all items in the “Vintage” section of your site or have a drop-down for unsold since every item in that area has been sold. Quite a waste of time looking at what I can’t buy.

I should have said – “Why don’t you delete all “SOLD ITEMS”

I agree with Louise. It makes me really sad when I see amazing stuff in that section of the website and can’t buy it cause someone already did. d:
