Creature Feature: Artwork to 'Aww!' Over

If feelings of nostalgia wave over you in ways you can’t explain when viewing these mixed-media portraits, chances are you were born in the ’80s, too. Depicting the fictitious stars from some of our favorite yesteryear flicks, these embroidered and painted pieces pay homage to the movies we once couldn’t get enough of. Thank you, illustrator and self-described lover of burritos Allison Krumwiede. You’ve just made thousands of made-in-the-’80s babies smile.

I actually have a Mogwai stuffed animal that opens in the back and has straps so it can be used as a backpack.
These pieces of art are just darling.
