Luke Skywalker Goes Emo

When sharing this video with fellow Fashion Writer and Star Wars fan Richard, his reaction was, “Who knew Luke Skywalker could be so emo?”

Indeed, this paper stop motion video by Eric Power, with music by Jeremy Messersmith, not only sums up the last three films of the famous series in a super impressive way, but it’s sentimental enough to make you go “aww” and immediately share the link with your Facebook friends.

Love this! There’s actually a great stop motion wedding video I found yesterday that I’ve become obsessed with. I had to post it on my blog here: http://caitlinbates.tumblr.com/post/1380755829

Jeremy Messersmith is an amazing artist from my old home town of Minneapolis. Fun factoid: did you know his wife is a vintage store owner, a shop called Blacklist Vintage? My fave vintage shop in MPLS, too!
