The Circular Work of Marco Suarez

Like peering through a spyglass that crosses 700 miles to my home state of Maine, these photographs-in-the-round by artist Marco Suarez have me longing for the foggy, late fall mystery of the mountains. I first discovered Suarez’s ethereal imagery through his Etsy shop; a graphic designer and fine artist based in South Carolina, Suarez approaches each photograph like a painter or sculptor, adding and subtracting digitally until he achieves the look he desires. With winter hovering just beyond the horizon, I love how these images capture the autumnal hush of my favorite season.

Awesome pictures, and love the circular format of them. Autum in New England should be one of the Wonders of the World 🙂
