I love blogging about my travels and even better… the food from my travels. It’s fun tuning in on Design Sponge’s posts about different cities around the US. So great!

Come check out the easy Pineapple Cupcakes I had for a Luau party.

Coming from South Africa, I think blogging really gives me a sense of whats going on around the world. Its great to experience where someone comes from and their personal style that accompanies 🙂

I now live in DC, and it’s not nearly as stuffy as one would think. It honestly makes my day when I’m on the Metro and see other lovely ladies and gents dressed as brightly different as I am in this sea of blacks, blues and grays. It’s too bad that the District isn’t represented on the ModCloth map of bloggers.
