The Style Gallery is a great new way for you to view, love, and share outfit photos. It’s meant to showcase all the expressive, creative, and inspirational personalities of our community!
Pin, you’re it! Do you have a Pinterest account that houses your most important inspirations, from kittens wearing sweaters to the best in DIY organization techniques for your studio space? If you haven’t — do it. If you have, then we’d love to talk shop!
While we think our own Pinterest page is pretty spectacular, we wanted to share with you a few of our favorites on the social sharing platform. This isn’t your typical “Top 10 Power Players On Pinterest” post, rather, it’s a roundup of those who we think are genuinely think are rocking it out there!
Most Likely to Raise Your IQ: From fashion history to an intriguing picture of the day, the New York Public Library will give you a serious case of the nerdswoons. (Also, we love that they have a “Downton Abbey” pinboard.)
Best Vintage Gems: Rust Belt Threads, the NY-based boutique sources some of the most stellar vintage content from the web.
Most Laughs and DIYs: Whether you’re in need of a good laugh or a good DIY, have no fear, Aunt Peaches is here.
Most Variety: With Katie Bush (no, not Kate Bush), you’ll rarely find anything ‘un-pinteresting’ from this blogger for the Daily Telecraft.
Most On-Brand: Did you know our co-founder and Chief Creative Office, Susan Gregg Koger, is on Pinterest? Well now you do, and can follow her current inspirations!
First Crush: Bri Emery, LA-based design guru was one of the first people on Pinterest whose content caught my eye, and is still one of my favorites! Her bio sums it up, “Where type and images totally make out.”
Most Popular: Christine Martinez was one of the first to join Pinterest. Her board is filled with puppy love, and if you happen to live in SF, you might be able to catch her teaching a class about the social platform!
Most Artistic: Gemma Correll doodles up some of the most ‘aww-dorable’ illustrations you’ll ever see. Follow her, and your account will love you forever.
Most Mouthwatering: For all of your foodie-needs, from dietary restrictions to decadence, I’ve found Food52, Big Girls Small Kitchen, and Epicurious to be tops in the food game.
Most Likely To Be Our Soulmate: With ‘Corgi Party Time,’ ‘Dapper Gent’, and a board dedicated solely to Pyrex, Kevin & Robin are our faves. So much so that we featured them as one of our first Guest Pinners!
Do you have an account that is the bees knees, or know someone deserves their own superlative? Let us know! We’d love to check them out!
arts and life
Awww, shucks! Thanks for the nod and thanks for showing me some new boards to follow.
ps.You’re pretty swell yourself.
Pinterest seems to have sucked up my productivity time at work, it’s okay we’re really slow this spring, but at any rate if you’re a lover of stockings & socks or you need tattoo related inspiration those two boards seem to be taking the top spots for admirers on the site. I actually use my How They Wear It board to get blogger-inspiration while getting dressed in the mornings which has induced a lot of kudos around the office and my barista exclaimed, “you have the best outfits; I’d love to see your closet!” Thanks fashion bloggers <3
Pinterest is great for both style and tattoo inspiration, two of my favorites. Glad to see you’re having fun on there! 🙂
How timely! I actually just joined Pinterest the other day and was looking for some boards to follow. Thanks for this post 🙂
