You know that gorgeous, glittery, autumnal fairy crown you’ve seen on our site (and in the stunning photo below)? We DIY-ed it, no big deal.

Wanna know the best part? It required no hot glue at all, and took under fifteen minutes to make. Now, you too can craft your own festive, fun, and whimsical fall outfit completer! Check out the steps below, and get to craftin’…

Jute-wrapped wire
Wire cutters
Sparkly gold garland
Berry-adorned wire
Sprigs of faux flowers of your choice

Step 1

Use the wire cutters to cut three pieces of the jute-wrapped wire to equal lengths, then braid them together. Twist the ends together, leaving some fray for a rustic look.

Step 2

Wrap the berry-adorned wire all the way around the braided jute pieces, and secure by twisting multiple times at the back of the crown.

Step 3

Next, add the sprigs of faux flowers. Tuck them in between the braided pieces to secure as much as possible.

Step 4

Finally, cut sprigs of glittery gold leaves off your garland, and then tuck those securely between the braided jute-covered wire.

Such a beautiful crown! May I ask where you found the berry adorned wire? I haven’t been able to find anything like that.

Hi, Megan! We found it at a Joann Fabrics store. 🙂
