Welcome the Outdoors In with these Nature-inspired DIYs

Fl Bouquet lighting via Paper & Stitch. Pressed flowers by Veda House.

The days are growing shorter and the air crisper, which can only mean one thing — it won’t be long before you’re ‘chilling’ in your flat until the weather warms again. Prepare a season of indoor entertaining and low-key leisure time by bringing the cozy character of the outdoors into your environment with these picturesque DIY projects!

Whether fresh-picked or hand-pressed, floral accents will bring your abode into bloom. We adore the brilliant, bright colors of paperstichblog’s blooming pendant light, while we were charmed by timeless beauty of the flower pressing tutorial from Veda House.

Show your rustic refinement by crafting a pine cone centerpiece inspired by See Jane Blog’s for your kitchen table, or transform the entire room with a scenic, sophisticated chandelier like this piece from Flying House.

Try teaching an old log new tricks, just like 11Eureka did with a drill and dazzling metallic nails. Or, go ahead and plant these anytime leaf ornaments around your pad with instructions from Autumn Anthology!

That floral pendent is just gorgeous! What a beautiful idea, though I would be bummed to do all that work just to have it last a day or two…maybe there is a way to make it look not-tacky with fake florals? Hmm….
