The Style Gallery is a great new way for you to view, love, and share outfit photos. It’s meant to showcase all the expressive, creative, and inspirational personalities of our community!
It’s our final round of gift-wrapping showdowns, and boy, are we going out with a bang. So far, you’ve seen artfully outfitted packages, both contemporary and classic. This week, our two contestants are taking things way outside the gift box in the ultimate battle of taste. Ladies and gentlemen, now entering the kitchen — er, craft room — are our challengers…
A little backstory: Anna (that’s me, by the way) and Bree sit across from each other in our Pittsburgh office. For all the things that unite them — a love of beanies, yoga, grilled cheese, really big coffees, and Pinterest — there’s always been one issue that the two agree to disagree on. Bree loves meat. I mean loves. Bacon, jerky, flank steak, fish sticks — one whiff of the salty, savory stuff is all it takes to send Bree swooning. On the flip side, Anna is a vegetarian. This gal prefers the produce section (or HELLO, a well-stocked salad bar) to a deli counter any day. Is it crunchy? Is it colorful? Does she have to cook it? Oh, not necessarily? Then let ‘er at it! (She’s a vegetarian, not a chef, people.)
Of course, Bree and Anna’s conflicting food feels are finally coming to a head in the most obvious of avenues — a holiday gift wrapping challenge! Whose palette appeals to you? Will it be…
Tell us which recipe for gift-wrap greatness YOU like best in the comments — on Thursday, we’ll reveal the winner, and the tutorials for cooking up these snazzy parcels for yourself!

Veggie all the way! Anna is the coolest! Merry Christmas to both of you!
P.S. I haven’t eaten meat in 15 years and I don’t miss it.
my vote is for Bree. I think both are hilarious and creative. I eat meat and veggies so I appreciate both?
I like the peek of meat. Nothing says Christmas like a box full of salami!
Both are super creative. But as a vegetarian, I have to vote for Anna. Who knew tissue paper could look so much like salad greens?
Anna gets my vote! And also a vegetarian lunch invitation… What’s your favorite veggie cafe? #veggiesunite
BREE – MEAT ME
MEAT MEAT MEAT!
Seriously, just the classiest meat package I have ever seen. 🙂
I’d make a meat pun, but I’d prolly butcher it. BREE.
It’s all about the meat sweats!
BREE! Can’t beat that meat!
The steaks are high here… while Anna’s wrap job is cleaver, my vote goes to Bree.
Haha, best one yet. Although I am a meat eater, I do appreciate vegetarian dishes. But that is besides the point because visually, Anna’s gift is spectacular, even though Bree’s gift has an adorable darker humor. But… Anna. her wrapping just looks sooo cute. PS the facial expressions are hilarious.
Bree all the way
anna! much cuter. and i do also love meat (pasture-raised, happy meat).
Bree, the maiden of meat gets my vote….so crafty and rare!
DEEP FRIED FILET
Bree Is my Winner
Bree for sure, you can’t go wrong with meat wrapped in twine.
They are both so clever! For me it’s a tie!!
Annie Bean. Anna C Reilly.
Anna! Love the leafy greens of her packaging!
As a fellow vegetarian and mom to Anna, I must vote for the beautiful veggie packaging. Good luck to both Anna and Bree.
Bree: I approve of serif fonts!
Bree ~ the packaging is almost edible itself!
The Maiden of Meat…….Bree!
