Who doesn’t love theme days? At the ModCloth office, we can’t get enough of ’em — and last Friday was deemed “Fancy Friday”! We got all dolled up, noshed on noms like cucumber finger sandwiches, listened to classical music, and sipped a summery, citrusy punch.

After sharing a pic on Instagram, someone asked if we could post a link to the recipe. Thing is, I just kinda winged it, so there was no recipe to link to! But it was delish and totally worth writing down, so per @11mforrest’s request, here it is!

Aperol Spritzer Summer Punch

1 bottle Aperol
1 liter seltzer water
1/2 cup gin
1/3 cup elderflower liqueur
1 liter fresh-squeezed orange juice
1 bottle Prosecco
1 lime
1 orange
1 small bag frozen fruit (ours was strawberries and mandarin wedges)
1 small container golden raspberries

Combine Aperol (a citrusy-sweet Italian aperitif), seltzer water, gin, elderflower liqueur, orange juice, and Prosecco in punch bowl and mix. Next, slice the lime and orange, and add to the punch mixture, along with the frozen strawberries and golden raspberries. Ladle into fancy-shmancy glasses, find a sunny spot to recline, and enjoy!

Note: If you can’t find golden raspberries, you can use regular ones or forgo them altogether.
