An easy (and tasty) way to embrace new beginnings is by trying your hand at a few new-to-you recipes! You’ll hardly believe that this easy-to-make raw, vegan dessert created by Workshop SF teacher Laura Miller, of microbakery Sidesaddle Kitchen, is healthier than its alternative. Trust us – we tried it, and it is indeed better than the real thing!

*This recipe serves 4, and you can find many of the ingredients Laura used in natural or whole foods stores.
