When KOVAL — a woman-owned distillery based in Chicago — offered to craft a summer cocktail just for us, naturally, we were 100% down. And then, we saw their beautiful bottle labels…

With their Art Deco and botanical print-inspired gorgeousness, the KOVAL bottles shall be used as objets d’art once they’re emptied of their spirited contents!

Now, on to the Mod Collins — a cocktail named for us! (Pardon us while we do a little celebratory dance.) This fresh, sophisticated libation is perfect for late-summer sippin’. It’s crisp, a tad bit tart, and a whole lotta refreshing.

Orange peel and raspberry (for garnish)

About Natalie

As the owner of three small, fluffy dogs, Natalie has accepted the fact that dog hair being everywhere and on everything is just part of her lifestyle now. She cannot stop decorating (and redecorating) her home, and lives by Robert Venturi's words, "Less is a bore." Fresh flowers, floral print dresses, and a good gin and tonic are just a few of her favorite things.
