If there’s anyone that knows chocolate it’s the peeps at Max Brenner. So we asked them to whip up a super special bevvie perfect for summer. Cheers!

4 ounces Cold White Chocolate Ganache (see below)
2 ounces lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup (see below)
1 ounce vodka (citron or vanilla works great!)
6.5 ounces ice
1 ounce Whipped Cream
1 each Crushed Lemon Hard Candies
2 tsp Shaved White Chocolate
Cold White Chocolate Ganache
8 ounces white chocolate
7 ounces heavy cream
*Make a day ahead.
Bring the cream to a simmer and pour over chopped chocolate.
Whisk to combine and emulsify.
Allow to sit in a pyrex dish covered in the fridge for 8 hours to set.
8 ounces granulated sugar
8 ounces water
Bring water and sugar to a simmer.
Cool mixture and store in fridge.
Now, for the drink…
In a blender, combine lemon juice, simple syrup, and vodka.
Add in two scoops of cold white chocolate ganache.
Add ice, blend on high for 30 seconds and then pour into a frosted Alice Cup.
