Happy Fri-Yay: Koval’s Sarah J. Sour Cocktail

If brisk Friday evenings in October don’t call for a bourbon cocktail, then we don’t know what does. Courtesy of our pals at KOVAL Distillery, this play on a whiskey sour is perfectly primed for your next big party, happy hour, or a relaxing autumn evening-in.

The Sarah J. Sourbourbon2

What You’ll Need:
1 1/2 oz. KOVAL Bourbon
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/3 oz. maple syrup
2 sprigs rosemary
How To:
Muddle 2 sprigs fresh rosemary in the bottom of shaker. Add bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, and ice. Shake and strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of lemon.
