The idea of going boho for the holidays is such a fresh concept. What makes this unexpected combination so awesomely perfect?
Going boho for the holidays means that your holidays will be colorful, relaxed, free spirited, fringed, and fun! What could be better?
What’s the easiest way to give your look a bit of boho flair?
Think about flowy silhouettes, funky patterns, and mixing textures like tassels, silk, and knitwear. The result will be boho-tastic.
Where do you find style inspiration, particularly for the holiday season?
I am always inspired by nature, and this holiday season I’m excited about wild berries (doesn’t the Medallion Marvel Necklace in Crimson look berry-inspired?). Also, sheep-like textures, pompoms, and tassels feel super festive but also boho-to-the-max.
What are some of your favorite holiday traditions? Why are they so special to you?
I love decorating with fragrant foliage around the holidays — from eucalyptus to holly and pine, it’s a perfect way to bring the outdoors inside in a totally festive way. I also love to wrap gifts in creative and unusual ways — surprising my friends and family with crazy-inventive gift wrap is always a treat.
Out of all the items you picked for your collection, which is your absolute fave?
I’ll gift the infinity scarf — the Straight to the Summit Circle Scarf in Brown. It’s got some great colors, and it just seems like the perfect piece to keep cozy in all year long.
