More Than a Tumbler: DIY Ideas

As soon as we laid eyes on this adorable set of hand-painted tumblers, we started dreaming up all the ways we could use them. After all, tumblers aren’t just for cocktails (though that is probably our favorite use), and these are so pretty, they deserve to be on display every day!

Check out our alternative-use ideas below, and let us know if you have any of your own!

1. Fill ’em with sweet treats, and hand ’em out as party favors at your holiday shindig!

2. Herbs on your kitchen windowsill? Good. Herbs planted in these kaleidoscopically colorful tumblers on your kitchen windowsill? GREAT.

3. Do you know how easy it is to DIY your own candles? No, seriously — it’s insanely simple. Just swing by your local craft store, and pick up soy wax and candle wicks. Then, melt the wax down on a stove top or in a microwave safe container, add some scented essential oil if you’d like, place the wick at the bottom of the tumbler, and pour in the wax. Boom. You just made a candle! (Watch yo’ back, Serenity by Jan.)

Hi, Tracy! This tumbler set is only available as a free gift with orders of $150 — might be a good excuse to check some folks off your gift list (and snag a bonus prezzie for yourself!). 🙂
