Michelle, our resident Acquisition Marketing Specialist, is currently enrolled in evening coding courses. She explains, “learning the basics of programming is essential for conceptualizing the inner workings of digital advertising. Just as it’s advantageous for a creative director to understand photography and design, it’s beneficial in my role to understand the software behind ad technology in order to efficiently execute an advertising strategy.”
Her most essential back-to-school must-have? “A classic black bag to stuff all my stuff!” She looks to our Better to Travel Joyfully Backpack to hold her tablet, pens, pencils, headphones, and accessories. When it comes to her favorite cosmetic products, she stows her sunglasses, lip balm, mascara, lipstick, and eyeliner inside the oh-so-adorable Lovely and Lush Bag.
Her Cat Person Circle Scarf in Mint, which she deems “perfect for chilly nights in San Francisco,” is just as cat-tastic as her makeup bag! Michelle’s other must-haves are her cobalt sandals. She says, “You gotta keep a pair of comfy slip-ons for those long walks to class.”
And, finally, we had to ask — how in the world does she handle such a busy workload? “Snacks! After a busy day at the office, I need all the energy I can get during evening classes.” Staying organized with her Cheer After Year 2017 Planner in Black Stripes certainly comes in handy, too!
