Bruce Mozart

Bruce Mozert, now 91,  was the pioneer of underwater photography.  In the 1930s he began taking pinup and lifestyle portraits underwater off the coast of Silver Springs, Florida.  His unique vision created some amazing images.  See more here.

    i love this photo. the pinup style and the underwater motif make it awesome. I love how she is like motioning to the fish. i think the picture is so much better because it is in black and white. you can see all the shadows and light differences. p.s. the bathing suit is adorable!

    This is adorable. Love pinup style pictures and the water is so clear (and probably really blue) there! But I don’t think I would want that fish to come any closer. It’s kind of creepy.

    Love it! At first I thought it was some weird lighting effect because the water is so clear.

    Now throw a “My Pet Octopus” bracelet on that pinup and she’ll be all set : )
