Rustic Wedding Chic has become the destination blog for those planning outdoorsy ceremonies and wedding receptions. Below, founder Maggie Lord shares her favorite looks for brides-to-be.
On Rustic Wedding Chic we feature hundreds of beautiful brides. and each one has a style and personality all her own. So many people are looking for a dress that will fit both their aesthetic and their rustic wedding location — and of course, is within their budget. All of us here at Rustic Wedding Chic are in love with the collection of dresses that ModCloth has to offer. Whether you’re getting hitched in a barn or doing a southern-style farm wedding, there is something for everyone. Above are a few of our absolute favorite looks for any bride, and here’s why:
A cute short number like the Cloud Sourcing Dress on the left makes for the perfect casual ceremony and also works for a rehearsal dinner. And since lace is always a great look for a country chic affair, the Entirely Enchanting Dress on the far right looks elegant and comfortable all at the same time. If you want to keep your bridesmaids and yourself warm, opt for the Honors and Upwards Jacket (that’s it in the middle).
In terms of accessories, blush tones are one of my favorite shades for a rustic chic bash and there is no better way to add in a little pink color than with a great pair of shoes like the Sentimental Strides Heel featured above. And the Occasion to Remember Headband is understated and looks fabulous.
Rustic Wedding Chic has become the wedding blog of choice for brides planning a rustic or country wedding.
